Overview


We're seeking a Junior Graphic Designer who's passionate about crafting captivating product and packaging designs for toys In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our licensing partners to bring beloved characters to life.


Responsibilities:


  • Work on creating engaging packaging and product graphics for our exciting toy lines, ensuring each design captivates and excites customers.
  • Bring licensed character art to life, following specific brand guidelines and capturing the essence of wellloved characters.
  • Assist in securing approvals for designs from licensing partners and ensure they meet brand requirements.
  • Help develop and maintain style guides for different licenses, ensuring consistency and brand integrity across all products.
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations in a fastpaced environment.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices, injecting fresh creativity into our designs.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • 12 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on product and packaging design.
  • Experience working with licensed brands is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Understanding of printing processes and specifications.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to interpret and implement style guides creatively.
  • Experience designing packaging for toys or related products
  • A diverse portfolio showcasing creative work, including licensed and inhouse brand designs.

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract


Pay:
$ $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

- created character art for major entertainment entities: 1 year (preferred)
- toy industry: 1 year (preferred)

  • Graphic design: 1 year (required)
- product and packaging design: 1 year (required)
- working with licensed brands: 1 year (preferred)
