    One of our premier clients is seeking an SAP FICO Business Analyst. As Business Analyst you will be responsible for the architecture, setup, configuration, testing and support of ERP-related finance functions. You will be in close contact with business as well as other members of the ERP team. In your role, you are able to translate business requirements into efficient solutions to optimize business processes. Day to day maintenance and support as well as projects will be main activity.

    It is imperative for this resource to drive consistency in the implementation of systems and best practices. This position will involve working across all lines of business and will require solid communication skills and the ability to build relationships to drive consistent business process and design within the ERP solutions. This is mainly SAP, but other systems like BPC, Concur, Kyriba are part this ERP landscape as well.

    Project Length: 3 months plus

    Location: Hybrid- Malvern, PA

    Compensation: This role will compensate between $70/HR-W2 or $-$90-$95/HR-1099 depending upon years of experience, education, and relevant certifications.

    Responsibilities

    • Maintain and configure SAP FI/CO modules to meet business requirements in accordance with the Change Management Process
    • Work with cross-functional groups in the program to identify and develop solutions to business issues and opportunities within SAP FI/CO.
    • Ability to communicate at all levels of the business. Work with the business transformation team to ensure that business changes are being made to drive improvements through the organization in alignment with SAP.
    • Document development requirements to communicate business requirements to Technical Team.
    • Design, test and validate FI/CO integration points across all SAP modules and external applications.
    • Create and maintain business process mapping to document process improvements, communicate process changes or identify process gaps.
    • Test processes and work to organize user acceptance testing of processes and systems.
    • Provides daily support and troubleshooting to the user community on the use and best practices of the FI/CO modules and tools.
    • Supports and helps develop FI/CO power users within the business.
    • As part of the PQ SAP team, duties will also include monitoring the SAP helpdesk queue and assisting users.
    • Interfaces with external analysts for third level support as necessary to deliver service to the business.
    • Possesses the ability to organize activities, set priorities and handle multiple tasks.
    • Support needed audit and compliance efforts.
    • Available for occasional weekend support if required
    • Perform other related duties as assigned

    Qualifications:
    Qualifications

    • Experience with AP interfacing is a plus
    • Strong SAP FI/CO knowledge, experience, and best practice
    • Knowledge of other SAP modules like SD, MM, QM, WM and the interaction of FI/CO and CO/PA
    • Basic knowledge of ABAP, EDI, IDoc's, interfacing, user-exits, requirements, SAPscript, migration tools, etc.
    • Experience with ProcesRunner and Z-option is a plus
    • Strong background in financial operations and processes.
    • Experience as a project leader and or team leader
    • Ability to work with multiple departments. Must be responsive and must be able to follow up timely.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
    • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
    • Self-motivated, well-organized, and detail oriented.
    • 12+ years in supporting day-to-day SAP Finance processes as well as leading and participating in SAP projects
    • Requires BS degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related area of study.
    • You hold an SAP FI certificate
