    Description:Are you ready to ignite your career in welding and manufacturing? We are looking for a dedicated candidate to join our team who is interested in a long-term role with great growth opportunity.

    We are looking for someone with a entry level-intermediate experience in welding.

    A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn are a mustResponsibilities:

    • Learn welding techniques under the guidance of experienced welders.
    • Use a hand grinder to smooth and finish welded surfaces.
    • Perform physically demanding tasks associated with the repair welding process.
    • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure high quality results.
    • Use of air hoist and fork lift.
    • Operation of cutting torch and propane pre heat Responsible for checking and verifying quality of all personal welds Assure that area is kept in a clean and orderly manner Maintain welder, tip, gun, and hood
      Additional Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience working in a physically demanding position Ability to be coached and receive feedback in a positive manner Strong work ethic and a desire to learn welding skills.
    • Ability to follow safety protocols and guidelines.
    • Detail oriented with a commitment to producing quality work.
