Job Requirements:


  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent (Ex: GED)
  • Must have legal right or authorization to work in the United States
  • Must have experience in and be familiar with using Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc)
  • Must be able to effectively use websites, including Indeed
  • Must have good communication skills; both written and verbal

Additional qualities considered an advantage:


  • Human Resource experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Bilingual in Spanish (highly valued)
  • Willingness to be flexible
  • Willingness to learn

Core Job Duties:


  • Supporting new hires through new hire process
  • Assisting with in person training days as needed
  • General HR responsibilities
  • Assisting with all aspects of HR administrative tasks
  • Maintain calendars of employee dates (anniversary and birthdays)
  • Auditing bills
  • Various data entry relating to Payroll and Benefits
  • Filing
  • Review and reconcile billing from staffing agencies
  • Assisting employees with HR related questions and issues

Salary:
$17.00 per hour
