Candidate is able to work independently, without assistance and provides guidance to others. May have an advanced education.
Required Skills:
70 months experience interpreting customer business needs and translating them into application and operational requirements using recognized business analysis methodologies (e.g. business process flows, fit-gaps analyses, functional designs, etc.).
24 months experience in using and administering Sharepoint or other document version control site.
70 months experience documenting the as-is and to-be states of the business process or function by using flow charts, process models, functional requirements, use cases and interface designs
24 months experience using Team Foundation Server or other SDLC tool to facilitate creation, analysis, and planning of change requests and bugs.
70 months experience organizing in-person or WebEx Joint Application Development sessions: collaborating with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.
70 months experience designing and performing tests to ensure that the implemented functionality meets the required specifications. Design experience to include developing the test scenarios, scripts and dataA Master's degree
