- Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing tenant inquiries and concerns.
- Assist customers with unit selection, leasing agreements, and resolving issues efficiently.
- Promote available units through various marketing channels to attract and retain tenants.
- Maintain accurate records of rentals, tenant information, and property inspections.
- Collect rent and fees from tenants, monitor delinquent accounts, and manage property finances effectively.
- Ensure property cleanliness, safety, and security through regular inspections and security measures.
- Enforce property rules and regulations to uphold a secure environment for all tenants.
- Respond to emergencies following established procedures and maintain organized property files.
- Collaborate with the Regional Manager for support, guidance, and reporting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Prior experience in property management, customer service, or retail preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and property management software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently with attention to detail.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
