Our client, a leading company in the German and European market for TK baked goods, is seeking a Head of Finance / Director of Finance (m/f/d) to further develop and professionalize their commercial structures and processes in Roseville.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for commercial areas such as accounting, controlling, treasury, payroll, and commercial law
  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB and the accounting standards of the Belgian parent company
  • External and internal reporting, analysis of key figures, and implementation of improvement potentials
  • Liquidity management, including control and optimization of payment transactions
  • Contact person for accounting and tax issues for internal and external stakeholders such as shareholders, departments of the parent companies, auditors, tax advisors, banks, insurance companies, tax office, and authorities

The ideal candidate:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the industry
  • Strong IT affinity with in-depth knowledge of ERP and MS Office, especially MS Excel; SAP R3 is an advantage
  • Openness to change projects such as M&A, integrations, system implementations (ERP), or reorganizations
  • Broad experience in accounting (HGB
