Responsibilities:

  • Providing and maintaining EDA design tools
  • Providing and maintaining PDK for the manufacturing technologies used at Benton
  • Developing and maintaining design infrastructure and methodology
  • Supporting and advising product development regarding PDK and design tools

Requirements:

  • Completed degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or physics
  • Knowledge in the areas of microelectronics and semiconductor technology
  • Familiarity with relevant operating systems
  • Proficiency in CAD tools for microelectronics and relevant design tools
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills
  • High level of independence, efficient communication, commitment, and teamwork.
