The Planner/Scheduler -QC -Lebanon API is an informal leader for cross-functional teams that are formed to improve productivity and core business activities.
Key Objectives/Deliverables:
Planner / Scheduler Project Delivery:
- Coordinate with customers to negotiate, prioritize and schedule routine and nonroutine work in QC to achieve business objectives
- Oversee, track, and lead Continuous Improvement, Analytical Modernization and CMC Technical Agenda projects within QC
- Provide routine updates to QC Management, site Lead Team and CMC Teams
- Influence teams and organization to streamline site operational readiness and routine testing processes
- Track and report metrics for the QC Organization
- Take initiative to make things better for the company, be aggressive with your work and assertive in your interactions, lead by example and build collaborative relationships
Coaching and Development of Others:
- Mentor/coach through training and project execution
- Training (Instructor)
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant science related field is required (life sciences)
- 3+ years previous GXP QC Laboratory experience
Additional Preferences:
- Lean trained or interest in pursuing Lean certifications
- Demonstrated strong selfmanagement skills
- Demonstrated group facilitation and project management skills
- Good written and oral communication skills including effective presentation skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Desire to solve complex problems with use of software tracking tools
- Ability to influence cross functionally and across different levels of the organization
- Knowledge of safety and GMP requirements
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Educational background in science
