Description
The Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for welcoming patients, visitors, and staff. This position will be first point of contact for many patients and visitors.

This position answers patient questions thoroughly and responds to their issues immediately; listens closely for unasked questions and graciously clears up patient confusion in order to support a healing process and environment.

This position effectively facilitates the timely movement of patients and visitors to the appropriate points of service delivery, problem-solves and resolves patient and flow issues effectively and promptly.

Works with Center Manager or designee on issues of customer service and service delivery. In addition, supports inter
- and intra-departmental workflow by demonstrating and fostering a spirit of cooperation. Helps maintain waiting area cleanliness and order.

  • Completion of high school or possession of GED
  • At least one year of experience as a receptionist, public relations employee, or customer service representative, preferably in a healthrelated setting, or
  • Satisfactory completion of a receptionist training program or other equivalent training
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish written and verbal
  • Valid California driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and personal transportation
