We are looking for new employees (m/f/d) for the office management department in Quinhagak, AK, who will support us in business organization and planning, as well as optimizing business processes and handling commercial transactions for national and international projects.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Performing traditional administrative and organizational tasks, such as processing orders, creating personnel files, issuing invoices, monitoring payments, monitoring inventory levels, and recording receipts.
  • Assisting with secretarial and administrative tasks.
  • Composing letters, emails, notes, and minutes.
  • Direct and telephone contact with customers regarding organizational matters.
