Responsibilities:

Receive inbound service calls
Develop pipeline of service opportunity leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals
Work with service and sales department to increase service traffic
Stay up to date on active service specials and ongoing Toyota manufacture recalls
Properly inform and advise customers on what to expect with their service appointments
Outstanding Customer Service

Qualifications:

Automotive dealership Internet or Business Development Center (BDC) experience is preferred.
Superior communication and customer service skills
Solid working knowledge of the Internet
Maintaining a positive, cando attitude
High School Diploma or equivalent
