    Description

    Laine Recruiting has partnered with a leading law firm of nearly 300 attorneys that operates strategic offices located in the Northeastern United States and Toronto.

    They are seeking an associate to join their Health Care Litigation Practice Area.


    Well qualified candidates will have at least 5 years of litigation experience and a demonstrated interest in concentrating on health care litigation or another highly regulated field.

    Prior prosecutorial experience or experience in a health care-related field is a big plus.

    Candidates must be admitted to practice in New York State and possess excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills. Ideal candidates will demonstrate an interest in exposure to client-facing roles on substantial and complex engagements.


    The salary range for this role will likely be between $125-155k (consideration given to a portable book of business) and there are also merit-based bonuses that can push total compensation into the $140-200k range.

    Attorneys also enjoy working from home 2-3 days per week as well as upward mobility throughout the firm.
