► Production Employee in the Quality Department (m/f/d)


YOUR TASKS:

  • Evaluation of raw cast wheels using Xray for visual and technical defects based on a defect catalog
  • Evaluation of visual defects after partial paint application and use of the dye penetrant method with subsequent evaluation
  • Mechanical processing of wheels on a CNC lathe with subsequent evaluation of surfaces and triggering of defect or lock notifications in the system
  • Close cooperation with the foundry, Xray / heat treatment, and mechanical processing departments

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Professional experience in a manufacturing company, ideally in quality assurance
  • Experience in operating machines
  • Xray certification according to DIN ISO 49712 is an advantage
  • Willingness to work in a 4shift full continuous shift model
