For our client, an internationally active family-owned company from Vlotho, we are currently looking for a clerk with a focus on accounts payable to join their team.

Your responsibilities

  • Checking, assigning, coding and posting invoices
  • Applying tax regulations for domestic and international invoices
  • Managing and reconciling accounts
  • Internal coordination with adjacent departments and purchasing
  • Assisting with quarterly and annual financial statements
Your profile

  • Completed commercial education
  • Knowledge of accounting and preferably experience in bookkeeping
  • Proficiency in MS Office and preferably SAP
  • Structured and accurate working style
  • Team player
