Process Engineering Supervisor
at the
Kirby Risk Service Center
in Lafayette, IN

Maintain and improve manufacturing operations.
Leverage available department resources and determine organizational priorities.
Manage multiple projects at once, including several long-term (> 1 year) projects.
Build a network of subject-matter-experts to solve complex problems.
Gain organizational support for initiatives.
Determine project scope, support production needs, and lead cross-functional teams.
Role Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering and/or 3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment or, a degree in Industrial Supervision or 5 years' supervision experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proven ability to lead a team.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple projects and keep them on schedule.
Strong interpersonal, leadership, and customer contact skills.
Computer proficiency:
Microsoft Office
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail skills.
Hours and Travel:
Production Hours range from 7 am – 5 pm, Mon – Fri, depending on business needs. Some overtime. Travel for training or to customers as needed.
