    Description

    Job Description:

    The Reliability Engineer performs advanced inspection and audits to track, analyze, and report on materials, processes, and products to ensure conformance to company's quality standards.

    JOB DUTIES [Responsibilities]

    • Conducting measurement systems analysis; gathering, analyzing, and communicating non-conformance data.
    • Analyzing non-conformance data and maintaining quality system documentation.
    • Participating in and offering technical support to internal and external audits; following up response of corrective action from audit.
    • Work in a team environment to develop and implement best practices that emphasize defect prevention, reduction in variation and waste and provide for continuous improvements in meeting all customer requirements.
    • Asset reliability engineering
    • Asset troubleshooting / Electrical Engineering support
    • Asset availability data, pareto & deep dive into RCCA
    • Lifting device design
    • Demonstrates collaborative teamwork, flexibility & adaptability.
    • Other duties as assigned by the Engineering Manager / Supervisor / Team Leader as applicable. BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE
    • Previous full time work experience of 5 years as a Reliability Engineer in a factory environment in Heavy Equipment / Agricultural Equipment industry. Previous Caterpillar experience (contract or otherwise) is a plus (not mandatory)
