Description
What we offerYou will work on exciting and challenging topics together with a team in an ultra-modern, innovative and creative environment.

Design, implement, and support new process introductions, scale ups, or process modifications.
Manage ESHS, quality, cycle time, and equipment availability requirements.
Work closely with customers and project teams.
Proven technical expertise in core process engineering disciplines such as mixing, material science, heat transfer, mass transfer, filtration, and drying.
Understand site capacity constraints and identifying projects to streamline and remove bottlenecks to increase productivity.Provide recommendations regarding near and long term capital planning in order to support equipment reliability and/or industry competitiveness.
Serve as project responsible to implement improvements as identified above.
Stay current on regulations, engineering standards, policies and procedures and good engineering practice.
Drive continuous improvement of business process within the engineering function.
Knowledge of plant specific systems.
Writes and/or assists in the writing and technical review of production policies and procedures.
Develop and assist others to efficiently and accurately execute all job responsibilities in areaREQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in Chemical Engineer, related engineering, or chemistry discipline required.5+ years of prior chemical or pharmaceutical engineering manufacturing experience preferred.
Experience in more than one production facility/scale and technology platform preferred.Skills in successfully overcoming challenges and identifying opportunities for improvements.
Technical knowledge and practical experience in solving process engineering issues.
Strong written & verbal communication skills.
Strong technical problem-solving abilities.
Ability to influence groups without having supervisory responsibility.
Strong computer skills.
Ability to apply fundamental engineering and business principles.
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
