Sales Coordinator Responsibilities:

Marketing Support:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to actively support and contribute to marketing campaigns.
- Provide training on integrating marketing initiatives into the sales process.
- Update Appointment Statuses**:
- Data managementMaintain records of sales metrics and inventory information.
Event Planning:
- Assist in planning and organizing salesrelated events to enhance team collaboration and performance.
- Coordinate logistics and ensure events align with company objectives.
Information Dissemination:
- Keep the sales team updated with relevant company news and industry updates.
- Facilitate regular training sessions to address new information and industry trends.
- Participate in scheduled training sessions with assigned updates.
Lead Tracking:
- Analyze lead flow and closing ratios.
- Communicate data to the Director of Sales and Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).
- Work with Associates to update leads, striving for 99% completion.
Training Coordinator Responsibilities:

Software Comprehension and possible training:
- Conduct or assist in comprehensive training sessions on the usage of software tools (Solo, Salesforce) relevant to the sales process.
- Assisting to ensure associates are proficient in utilizing software for efficient lead tracking, proposal generation, and data analysis.
- Set up laptops and communication hardware with Associates.
Product and Finance Updates:
- Stay abreast of the latest product developments and updates within the solar technology industry.
- Assist in training sales associates on new products and features to enhance their product knowledge.
- Communicate changes in finance and rebate options.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Communicate training modules on data analysis and reporting for improved closing ratios.
- Ensure associates can interpret and use data to drive sales strategies and improve performance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales assistance capacity. Understanding of the sales person archetype.
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 products and CRM (Salesforce preferred).
- Indepth knowledge of sales processes, software tools, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
- Familiarity with marketing principles and event planning is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour
