Description
We are a 75-year-old, third generation, family-owned HVAC company located in Southern New Jersey.

Currently looking to hire a motivated customer service representative to field incoming and outgoing calls, and schedule work for our customers from our main office in Runnemede, NJ.

This position requires proficient knowledge of computers, good communication skills and the capability to work at least 40 hours Monday-Friday.

This is a full-time position. Knowledge of HVAC field is not required. We look forward to hearing from you


Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in data entry and customer service
  • Ability to demonstrate phone etiquette
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience in outbound calling
  • Sales experience and upselling skills are advantageous

Pay:
$ $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
