To strengthen our IT department in Engelsberg or Rödermark, we are looking for an IT Support employee (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

What to expect:

  • You will be responsible for receiving, processing, and responding to inquiries and disruptions via telephone, email, or the monitoring system
  • You will independently analyze and resolve disruptions or forward unsolvable problems and monitor them
  • You will document the support processes and solution documentation in the knowledge database
  • You will support the IT administrators

What we expect:

  • Education in the IT field
  • Extensive experience in supporting Windows 10 and Microsoft Office
  • Experience in supporting mobile devices (Android, iOS)
  • Knowledge of common software
