Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team.As the first point of contact for our establishment, you will play a pivotal role in providing information and assistance to the general public, customers, visitors, and other interested parties.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inquiries and provide information regarding activities conducted at our establishment.
- Direct visitors to appropriate departments, offices, and employees within the organization.
- Assist management with various administrative tasks, including copying, sorting mail, and postage.
- Perform additional duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements:
- Bilingual in Spanish (Read, Write & Speak). Preferred
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Capacity to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with multilined phones, copiers, scanners, fax machines, and standard office equipment.
