This project leader will be an integral part of the New Product Development Engineering team.The purpose of this role is to utilize project management tools and processes in a highly cross functional environment to drive the implementation of new products and services that enable us to serve customers in new markets and chart the course for advances in future innovations.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES* Use project management methods to initiate and execute medium/large cross functional projects while effectively navigating challenges with a problem-solving mindset.
* Identify business opportunities and requirements within each project, collaborate with the project team to develop approaches to resolve them, and work with leadership to prioritize the implementation.
* Motivate and establish a high-performance culture within the project team. Guiding them towards creative thinking, transparency, and holding them accountable for their work/performance including goals and deadlines. * Responsible for regular updates within the team and to stakeholders. Emphasis on transparent escalation of challenges while maintaining a positive team culture.QUALIFICATION AND SKILLSMinimum Qualifications:

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc.
