I bought a second-hand Playstation 5 and when I try to insert a game, it says "cannot recognize the disc. Make sure it is not damaged or dirty, and that it is not inserted upside down."I have followed all the steps to solve the error given by the official website (cleaning the disc, trying another disc, clearing the cache, rebuilding the database, restarting the console, and downloading factory software) but the same error persists.
