We are looking for a
Head Quality Management Officer (m/f/d) in full-time or part-time (30 hours/week) for the AWO Psychiatric Center in Marshallville, GA.

The center is part of the AWO State Association of Saxony-Anhalt and is a specialized hospital with 100 inpatient beds, 40 day clinic places, and an outpatient clinic, providing comprehensive help and care for all acute mental disorders and crises, including depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorders, psychotic disorders, substance abuse disorders, and geriatric psychiatric disorders.

The hospital has been certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001.


Responsibilities:


  • Support, advice, and participation in the implementation, maintenance, and further development of the decentralized processes required for the management system in accordance with AWO quality criteria, DIN EN ISO 9001, and EMAS criteria (environmental management)
  • Contact person and coordinator for decentralized QM officers regarding quality management issues
  • Contact person for management and employees regarding quality management
  • Review and adaptation of documents in response to changing requirements, such as new laws, norm revisions, expert standards, etc.
  • Planning and assignment of tasks for document creation or modification within the organization
  • Management of decentralized documents in the quality management system
  • Preparation and followup of internal audits of the organization/facility
  • Preparation and coordination for certification and surveillance audits of the organization/facility
