Store Clerk - Willimantic, United States - High Spirits

Description

We are currently looking for part time staff for High Spirits. Customer service is our focus, so we are looking for outgoing, professional people with great personality and work ethic.

Shifts will consist of running the cash register as a cashier, stocking, assisting customers and maintaining the general cleanliness of the store.

• Must be able to work evenings & weekends.
• Cash handling experience is required
• Must be able to lift 10 lbs repeatedly
• Knowledge of beer/wine/spirits
• Experience in the industry is preferred.

Experience:

Cash Handling: 1 year (required)

• Retail: 1 year (required)

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Duties:

• Putting away deliveries according to store and company policies and procedures.
• Keeping shelves and the coolers stocked at all times.
• Maintaining and rebuilding displays within the store.
• Greet customers
• Assist customers with products; Suggest Products.
• Bring customers to location of items, when needed.
• General cleaning of shelves and other store areas
• Knows all laws and regulations pertaining to liquor sales and hours of operation.
• Preforms aisle stocking at all times
• Completes assigned tasks in an efficient and timely manner.
• Ensures correct placement of stock.

Pay:
$15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week


Shift:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Morning shift
• Night shift

Weekly day range:

• Weekends as needed
