Your tasks:

Processing of purchasing processes
Creation and processing of orders to suppliers and order tracking
Control and monitoring of delivery dates and ensuring availability
Communication with suppliers
Monitoring of goods receipt processes and inventory bookings
Management of storage locations
Coordination and monitoring of packaging and picking work
Maintenance of master data for articles and suppliers
Monitoring of shipping logistics

Your profile:

Completed commercial apprenticeship, e.g. industrial clerk, wholesale clerk or warehouse specialist
Experience in purchasing
Good technical understanding, independent and responsible way of working, organizational skills and teamwork
Experience with ERP systems, MS Office and quality management processes
Good German and English skills, communication skills
