Sales Representative.

The
ADAC Nord Dienstleistung GmbH offers high-quality service and consulting services within the ADAC network. Here, we take care of mobility, travel, vacations, insurance, and of course, ADAC membership.

Your responsibilities:

Contacting existing members or customers by phone
Introducing and explaining ADAC offers, insurance, and other products
Selling additional ADAC products and insurance
Advising customers on contract adjustments and optimizations
Assisting with phone campaigns for customer retention
Supporting the inbound team in daily operations

Our requirements:

Ideally, some experience in outbound or sales
Enjoyment of working with people and on the phone
Strong communication skills, enthusiasm, and persuasiveness
Sales and customer orientation, as well as sensitivity in dealing with different personalities
Availability to work Monday to Saturday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm (Saturdays only 6 hours and a maximum of 2 Saturdays per month)
