Hours: 35 hrs./wk., Monday - Friday

Duties:
- Oversees and monitors the overall administration of Children's Services.
- Develops and oversees the growth and expansion of Children's Services
- Develops and oversees program policies and procedures, including OMH regulations and policies.
- Develops training curriculum for staff and conduct staff training.
- Represents and networks with other programs, organizations, coalitions and government agencies.
- Participates in agency administrative meetings and trainings.
- Meets regularly with the Assistant director and Supervisors.
- Networking with community, Federal, State, City agencies.
- Participate in administrative meetings, training sessions and other meetings/ conferences both inter and intraagency. Provide consultation and assistance to other agency units on issues relating to children.
- Develop and maintain a community resource directory to be accessed and used by parents and staff.
- Work closely with the executive team to set and execute strategic growth plans for the program.
- Develop a comprehensive, multiyear organizational children's mental health strategy with clear goals and collaborate with key staff to execute.
- Build network of external partners and resources to ensure we are using evidencebased best practices to meet unique needs of children and families.
- Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment, as needed.
- Serves as a liaison/coordinator between city agency partners, community partners, and other child & adolescent services.
- Develop new services and add on programs.
- Responsible for the ongoing accreditation and appropriate approvals for the program.
Job Requirements:
- Social Worker (LCSW) from an accredited graduate school. At least five (5) years' experience in working with children, adolescents and families. Previous supervisory and administrative experience.
Reports To:
Chief Medical Officer and Executive
Pay:
$105, $110,000.00 per year
