Dubak Electrical Group LLC is seeking a dedicated Prefab Project Planner to join our team. The Prefab Planner will play a key role in the successful prefabrication project set ups, costs, and schedules.

This position requires close interaction with prefab employees, preconstruction, and project managers, ensuring efficient logistics coordination, material preparation, project planning, monitoring, and project closeouts.

This individual will report directly to the Manufacturing and Prefab Manager.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaboration with the prefab team, preconstruction, and project managers to maintain project staging areas.
  • Overseeing logistics coordination, material preparation, and project planning.
  • Implementing and maintaining internal and external resources and structures.
  • Identifying risks and opportunities to ensure timely project completion.
  • Assisting in project monitoring and closeouts.
  • Managing project budgets ranging from $1,000 to $10.0M.
  • Plan and track inventory resources for multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Timely and accurate material picking and staging.
  • Direct and confident interaction with all Dubak personnel.
  • Willingness to learn from more experienced Prefab employees.

Qualifications:


  • Strong understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes, and standards.
  • Basic knowledge of industrial electrical and mechanical concepts and designs.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, and Excel, and Power Point).
  • Knowledge of electrical and mechanical installations related to prefabrication projects.
  • Ability to plan multiple craft labor resources.
  • Ability to interpret electrical and mechanical 2D and 3D designs.
  • Experience in project scheduling and manpower loading.
  • Willingness to learn and participate in continuing education and training.
  • Efficient time management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
