- Full Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for high volume roles within our food manufacturing facilities, including production line workers, machine operators, quality assurance technicians, and more.
- Sourcing and Outreach: Utilize various recruitment channels to attract and engage a diverse pool of candidates, including job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and community partnerships.
- Screening and Selection: Review resumes, conduct pre-screening interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications to identify top talent for consideration.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate onsite interviews, coordinating with hiring managers and interview panels to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Offer Management: Extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiate terms as needed, and facilitate the onboarding process in collaboration with HR and hiring managers.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and hiring metrics using our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and legal requirements related to recruitment and hiring practices. Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics and performance indicators.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3 years of proven experience in high volume recruitment, preferably within the food manufacturing or other manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with recruitment best practices, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment techniques, and interview methodologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
