- Maintains up to date information of events, both current and future, occurring in region
- Establishes professional familiarity of personal preferences, likes and dislikes of residents and guests
- Answers the telephone in a pleasant and professional manner within three rings
- Coordinates requests, comments and reservations through property intranet service
- Communicates key updates and information to team members and management in a timely manner
- Ensures proper building safety and security measures are followed at all times
- Carefully documents the details of shift through logs and other reports for continuity
- Maintains a close working relationship with local police and alarm monitoring services
- Ensures unwelcomed visitors and solicitors do not enter private residences or common areas
- Manages permissions to enter, contractor and vendor logistics and resident visitors and guests through building intranet
- Assists the General Manager with resources for all residents and owners including:
- New resident orientation.
- Assists the Seattle Support Center with coordinating move in-out fees.
- Coordinates the database input , DoorKing etc.).
- Coordinates light business services, and other services as requested.
- Coordinates key access functions.
- Coordinates access to units for service providers
- Assists the General Manager with the monthly report by providing data on concierge activities, resident moves in/out fees.
- Maintains a clean, neat, organized and orderly offices and desks at all times
- Coordinates proper building safety and security measures under the direction of the General Manager.
- May assist General Manager with coordinating concierge schedules and advising team members when performance varies from expected standards
- Supports onboarding and service standards training of concierge team members
- Responds to all resident and guest's requests in an expeditious, courteous and professional manner
- Responds to all emails within 24 hours
- Exhibits and supports CHI Values and code of conduct at all times
- Performs other tasks as assigned
- Two or more years related local experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and other computer programs.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing deadlines
- Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
- Have a professional, friendly, and enthusiastic demeanor.
- Be detail-oriented and have exceptional organizational skills.
- Be reliable and punctual.
