MUST-HAVES:
2. Graduated from an accredited Associates Degree in Nursing 4. Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse 6.
BLS certification is required
JOB DESCRIPTION JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments. Document patient care provided and maintain accurate records. Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition effectively to the care team, physician, patient, and family.
Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation. Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support. Evaluate patient and family learning needs and provide appropriate education.
Advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.

QUALIFICATIONS:
AS A REGISTERED NURSE/
RN YOU WILL HAVE:
Graduated with an Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma Program as a Registered Nurse/RN.
Current state licensure as Registered Nurse/RN. BLS certification is required. ACLS preferred.
SHIFT:
7:00 PM - 7:00
