Description
HVAC Shared Services, powered by APi Group, is looking for a Subcontract Specialist to join our growing team.A successful Subcontract Specialist has a passion for accounting and a strong attention to detail in their everyday work and tasks.
In addition, the incumbent must have the versatility to excel at all levels of work from the mundane to the pivotal.
HVAC Shared ServicesThe Shared Services team is made up of 4 separate operating companies of APi Group; Metropolitan Mechanical Contractors (MN), NAC Mechanical & Electrical Services (MN), Grunau (WI) and Tessiers (SD).
Preference for location is Grunau based in Oak Creek, WI. Open for position to be based in Eden Prairie MN, Sioux Falls SD or Vadnais Heights MN. This is not a remote role but does offer hybrid schedule options once through training and onboarding.Role Responsibilities:
Enter Subcontract Purchase OrdersProcess and maintain Subcontractor MSAsEnter Subcontract certificates based on billing requirements (AIAs etc)Payment of Subcontractor InvoicesProcess and maintain Vendor StatementsExecute administrative tasks including but not limited to filing, scanning, answering phones as neededHandle employee reimbursementsEmployee credit card statement and reconciliationProvide support for the Project Accountant team, as necessaryAbility to be on the phone and computer consistently throughout the dayPhysical ability to lift 50 pounds
Requirements:
2 years minimum experience working in an administrative roleExperience working with contractsProficient working with Office Suite including ExcelConstruction Industry experience a plusExperience working with subcontractor agreements a big plusLIMITATIONS and
