Description

We are looking for a full-time group leader (m/f/d) for our day care center Harkmoor in Munkbrarup, Utica. The position can also be filled by two part-time employees.

Your responsibilities

You will be working in a team to support and care for individuals with assistance needs in our day care center. You will be responsible for organizing the daily routine and providing support based on the needs and desires of the participants. You will also be responsible for documenting these services. This position offers a diverse range of tasks and requires a sense of humor and creative problem-solving skills.

Your profile

You have a degree in education, social work, or a similar field. Your empathetic and respectful approach allows you to interact openly and objectively with others. You enjoy working with people, have no reservations about physical contact, and are interested in working in a multidisciplinary team.

What we offer
