Job DescriptionOne of our best clients has asked for our help to recruit and hire a full-time Accounting Assistant who will play a vital role in supporting their finance department. This position offers an exciting opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn in a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Assisting with day-to-day accounting tasks including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and data entry.
Preparing and processing financial documents such as invoices, bills, and bank statements.
Reconciling financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
Assisting in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
Collaborating with team members to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Providing administrative support to the finance department as needed.

Qualifications:

Associates or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and QuickBooks.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

This position offers:

A base salary of $45,000
A full employee benefits package
Work/life balance

Pay Details: $40,000.00 to $45,000.00 per year
