    Description

    Essential Responsibilities:

    • Ability to teach youth basic child development and babysitting skills while following the curriculum provided.
    • Ability to facilitate activities that encourage youth to interact with one another.
    • Prepare materials needed to implement lesson plans for class.
    • Ability to communicate with a diverse group of students.
    • Provide a fun and creative environment.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • CPR & First Aid Certified within 1 month of hire
    • Five or more years experience teaching youth programing

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Multi-Lingual
