- Provide procedural support and direct advisement services to students regarding various financial aid programs.
- Collect and process documentation required for verification of a student's financial aid application in accordance with federal regulations.
- Verifies accuracy of documents and consistency of data from need to analysis processor, federal tax returns, financial aid transcripts, verification documents, and student information: performs data analysis to identify discrepancies in data: determines actions for resolution.
- Conducts financial aid informational presentations to special groups, such as high schools, new students and current students.
- Maintains data regarding the use of the Financial Aid Office and prepares required reports.
- Documents and assists with arranging for disbursement of funds from varied Federal, State, local and tribal agencies.
