    Job Description

    Job DescriptionSalary:

    The Quality Document Control Specialist will perform important day-to-day duties to ensure that the team is functioning efficiently and effectively. In order to ensure optimal and organized turnover you will be responsible for performing essential end-of-project duties.

    Responsibilities and Duties:

    • Review, organize & file daily quality documents/reports. Coordinate with appropriate parties on any found errors and issues.
    • Prepare documentation for multiple types of daily inspections.
    • Review internal program and ensure correct procedures are being followed.
    • Manage, and report out spreadsheets & testing matrices to all appropriate parties.
    • Participate in document turnover meetings with Client and Subcontractor.
    • Prepare document turnover packages and track packages submitted and need submission.
    • Track and upload quality submittals to Client system.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
    • Associate degree
    • 2-3 years of clerical, secretarial, or office experience or Education experience
    • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office

    Skills:

    • Proficient with Computer
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
    • Excellent organizational skills
