As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a reliable and experienced On-Site Boat Storage Facility Manager to join our team.

Position Overview

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of the boat storage facility, including maintenance, security, and customer service.
Conduct regular inspections of the facility to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company standards.
Handle customer inquiries, provide assistance with storage arrangements, and address any concerns or issues in a prompt and professional manner.
Coordinate with maintenance staff and outside contractors to perform repairs and maintenance as needed.
Enforce facility rules and regulations to ensure the safety and security of stored boats and the property.
Monitor security cameras and patrol the facility to prevent unauthorized access and ensure the security of stored boats.
Maintain accurate records of boat storage agreements, payments, and customer information.
Handle administrative tasks such as processing payments, generating invoices, and maintaining inventory of storage supplies.

Qualifications

Previous experience in facility management, property management, or a related field is preferred.
Strong organizational and problemsolving skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fastpaced environment.
Must be able to live onsite in the provided apartment and be available to respond to emergencies outside of regular business hours.
Knowledge of boating and boat storage practices is a plus.
