- Prepare all Federal and State income tax returns
- Prepare any tax filing extension requests Research all relevant tax issues that would impact on these various legal entities
- Handle all tax audit issues that might arise
- Handle all inventory, purchasing issues, production, sales, expenses, and liabilities
- Prepare papers for the quarterly and annual income tax provisions
- Support the tax planning process, including schedules and pro forma tax financial statements
- Analyze return-to-provision reconciliations
- Accept all other ad-hoc duties as needed
- Bachelors' Degree in Accounting or Business Administration with an Accounting focus or equivalent level of work experience
- At least two (2) years of work experience as a tax professional in a corporate tax environment or at a public accounting firm
- Tax provisions experience (ASC 740 especially)
- Sales and use tax experience
- Real Estate Business Property Tax
- CPA
- Corporate General Ledger (G/L) experience or Audit experience
- Consolidations experience
- International tax exposure
- Expert-Level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables, IF Formulas)
- Onesource/OTI
- Strong analytical experience
- Detail oriented, with high level of ethics and integrity
- Superior organizational skills
- Superior verbal and written communication skills

The hired Senior Tax Associate will report to the Tax Director.
Job Site Status (Remote/Hybrid/Onsite) - This role will have a hybrid status of three (3) days of office.

Salary/Benefits - Salary range is $75,000-$85,000/year. Our client supplements its base salary with a discretionary bonus.
