The Operations Management team oversees the delivery of services through support processes. As the first point of escalation, you will coordinate the swift restoration of services managed by FI-TS. Additionally, you will be responsible for efficient and effective communication during incidents. In collaboration with the Problem Management team, you will work towards resolving underlying causes of incidents and optimizing service delivery. You will also centrally monitor the proper adherence to the Incident Management process. During the implementation of new services and the onboarding of new customer systems, the Operations Management team ensures a smooth transition into operations, including the necessary operational processes.
