Position Overview:
The Executive Assistant with a Focus on Marketing will support our executive team while playing a pivotal role in our marketing initiatives.
This role requires a proactive individual with exceptional organizational skills, a knack for creative marketing strategies, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Primary Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Maintain calendars, including the scheduling and coordination meetings for company executives.
- Record and distribute meeting minutes and create/maintain various excel spreadsheets.
- Submission of Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests.
Marketing Support
- Create copy and content for the company website, social media, and advertisements.
- Develop and manage social media campaigns from concept to completion.
- Assist the Director of Business Development with client proposals, AIA docs, and contracts.
- Manage marketing library of PowerPoint presentations and promotional pieces.
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of trade shows and events.
Recruiting
- Track resumes from the company website and online recruiting platforms.
- Identification and coordination of attendance at job fairs.
Qualifications
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and work in a fastpaced team environment in a selfdirected manner.
- Energetic personality with strong communication skills and a high attention.
- Strong sense of ownership and initiative; collaborative and flexible attitude.
- Knowledge of HTML and experience maintaining websites.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, CRM platforms, and social media management tools.
- Minimum 5 years' experience as an executive assistant in a marketing role, or bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field.
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus but not required.

Pay:
$ $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
