- Maintain a fully documented and accurate electrical design and control programs for assigned product lines in compliance with established industry standards.
- Achieve a cost-effective balance in electrical design to ensure optimal manufacturing efficiency and operational performance.
- Implement electrical design/program changes to support sales orders, product improvements, and change requests/non-conformances.
- Deliver timely and consistent technical support to internal and external stakeholders for assigned product lines.
- Collaborate with the Controls Team to enhance output, standardization, and repeatability of designs and programs through the development of engineering tools and processes.
- Develop controls standards and maintain a backlog of assigned non-conformances.
- 4-year degree in Engineering, preferably electrical (BSEE); mechanical or chemical degrees will be considered.
- 2-5 years of professional experience relevant to the position.
- Proficiency in CAD software, preferably AutoCad or SolidWorks.
- Expertise in Rockwell Automation Programming tools and Allen-Bradley hardware.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to produce results, work well with others, and adapt to learning opportunities.

Job Title: Controls Engineer
The role of a Controls Engineer at Pactiv Evergreen Inc. is to offer engineering support for the assigned product lines.
