We are a member of the Paritätischer Wohlfahrtsverband e.V. and have been recognized as a dedicated youth welfare provider since 2014. To expand our portfolio, our current focus is on strengthening and expanding our outpatient support services.

Tasks and Responsibilities

You will support and accompany families and young people in their home environment and social surroundings
In a small team, you will implement your pedagogical action plan in a situation-oriented manner and successfully develop it together with the youth welfare office

Requirements

Completed (social) pedagogical or psychological university or technical college degree or completed training as an educator
Sense of responsibility, empathy, enthusiasm
Collaboration with cooperation partners such as the youth welfare office, schools, associations, and therapists, etc.
Confident and professional demeanor
Teamwork and independent work
