Description

Responsibilities:

Conduct field surveys to collect data using various surveying equipment and techniques
Assist in the preparation of survey plans, maps, and reports
Perform calculations and data analysis to ensure accuracy of survey measurements
Utilize software such as Carlson, Civil 3D, MicroStation, and ArcGIS for survey data processing and analysis
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to support project requirements
Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment to ensure accurate measurements
Operate hand tools and equipment necessary for surveying tasks
Follow safety protocols and guidelines while working onsite

Qualifications:

Strong mathematical skills, including proficiency in algebra and geometry
Experience in drafting and using surveying software such as Carlson, Civil 3D, MicroStation, and ArcGIS
Knowledge of data analysis techniques for survey data interpretation
Familiarity with hand tools used in surveying operations
Understanding of GIS (Geographic Information System) principles is a plus
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
Strong problemsolving skills and ability to adapt to changing project requirements
Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members
