Duties and ResponsibilitiesPlan, organize and work with school chaplains on all liturgical and sacramental offeringsPlan, organize, attend and execute all retreats and conferencesDevelop student faith leaders in the House System and with retreats, including grade-level retreats, Kairos and Steubenville ConferenceMentor and walk with students as they learn to best navigate high school lifeProvide family-oriented programming of formation, service, retreats and pilgrimages for students, staff, coaches and parentsServe as leader of student groups, including Priestly Discernment and Womens Discernment Groups
