Our Client Success Representative team is an integral part of our ability to foster relationships with our clients' consumers, which is why we are on the hunt for a vital new addition to our team

Responsibilities of the Client Success Representative Include:

  • Be the first point of contact for all customers, problem-solve, and see a customer's request through with high empathy and a positive attitude
  • Grasp fundamental knowledge of the services we provide by attending Client Success Representative training sessions, company meetings, and client webinars
  • Master all client product knowledge to be able to answer any consumer inquiries and recommend any products and or services that may fit their needs
  • Handle each customer interaction with the utmost professionalism while also following compliance guidelines
  • Ensure that every customer is completely informed of all product and service benefits including any sales promotions going on
  • Maintain accurate customer information in our client system at all times to ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Contribute any thoughts and ideas during daily team meetings on how to improve processes, sales targets, and interactions with client consumers

Education/Requirements of the Client Success Representative:

  • Must have a Highschool Diploma or equivalent certification
  • 02 years of experience working in customer service, sales, or customer support
  • Must thrive in a team environment and communicate effectively across all levels
  • Must have a solid ability to be calm under pressure and naturally helpful
  • Must be a selfstarter and be driven to expand your professional knowledge
  • Must be welcoming, peopleoriented, and have a contagiously positive demeanor
  • Must be available to regularly commute to our office in Clearwater

Pay:
$40, $60,000.00 per year
