This position is full-time (Monday - Friday) on-site at our
Melville headquarters office: 105 Maxess Rd., N107 Melville, NY 11747

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Our Revenue Cycle team performs a range of administrative tasks, maintaining billing procedures for our 130+ locations across several states (and growing).

Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and insurance vendors alike
Organized and precise data entry, documentation, and coding for patient accounts
Processing insurance claims, review balances, verifying proper reimbursements, and sending out claims as needed
All other administrative tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS:

Highly organized, fast learner, and able to handle multiple tasks
Proficient in English with strong interpersonal communication skills
Confident working digitally, computer savvy
