Berlin job coach for vocational counseling and support, as well as job placement, training, or further education.


Your tasks:

  • Individual
    counseling and support for longterm unemployed and clients in general for vocational integration

Analysis of personal strengths, skills, and vocational interests of clients

  • Creation of
    individual development plans and career goals
  • Identification of suitable
    job and training opportunities
  • Support in creating
    application documents and preparation for
    job interviews

Networking and collaboration with potential
employers and
educational institutions

Monitoring and
evaluation of clients' progress, as well as documentation in the online platform Casian

Motivation and empowerment of clients to increase self-initiative and self-responsibility


Your profile:

Completed university degree in a relevant field related to coaching and counseling, such as personnel development, human resource management (HRM), social work, psychology, social pedagogy, or a related field

  • Completed
    job broker training or willingness to obtain this qualification
